No Refunds and No Returns

    • We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for an exchange for the correct item.

    • Our customer service team will review your request and notify you of the approval status within 3 business days.
  3. Shipping:

    • If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
    • Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.
Important Notes
  • Exchanges are only available for the same product originally purchased.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
